We custom-make many of our products, so shipping times vary:

Personalized Medal Display Products: Dispatched within 2–6 weeks from order confirmation. This largely varies according to major marathon events that we attend.
Personalized Pet Urns: Dispatched within 2 weeks from order confirmation.
All Other Products: Dispatched within 7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier services. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, and select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Non-Personalized Items

You may return non-personalized items within 14 days (UK) or 30 days (US) of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@treasureitforever.com with your order number and reason for return.

Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, including medal displays and pet urns, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming a defective product.
