A. We cover many of the major events, but if you are, or have, taken part in an event not covered we do offer a custom service, where we can design and make a display frame for you including route maps and, depending on the location of the event, skyline designs. Please note that for custom designs we are unable to offer certain features, such as having a medal window at the back of the frame and the 3D printed medal clip to secure your medal in place – an adhesive pad will be provided instead.

A. Nothing needs to be sent to us as the frames are designed for you to put in your own medal, using the unique 3D printed clip, which makes it easy and quick to do.

A. Firstly, the running number needs to fit a specific size aperture in the mat, and by producing a replica we can ensure that it does. Secondly, by the end of the event, most running numbers are creased or damaged so to use these would diminish the look of the display frame.

Professional photographers are present in marathons and you can purchase these photos from your marathon’s website, or friends/family can take photos for you.

Please note: Your photos may have to be cropped to fit into the mat apature, but we will do our best to include the most important features!

A. Absolutely! If for any reason you did not finish the event, then please just contact our team by email @ support@treasureitforever.com and we will arrange a refund of your order.

A. For any changes you would like to make to your order, please contact us by email @ support@treasureitforever.com, telling us what changes you would like to make. As long as production has not been started on your order, we will happily change the product type, design or personalization for you.

A. Our frame urns feature an ashes compartment and have a ‘door’ to this compartment at the rear. The door is held on with strong magnets so you can be confident that they will be safely stored. The compartments are not designed to hold loose ashes, but for the ashes to be contained in a bag or pouch. We offer a purpose made velvet pouch that will perfectly fit the compartment, but you can use any bag.

A. Each product in each size lists an ashes volume that the urn can hold. This is based on the living weight of your pet which should give you an accurate guide of what size you need to order.

A. Yes, they are all designed to either stand on a shelf without support, or hang directly on the wall, assuming you use an appropriate wall fixture.

A. These items are precious to you and there is always a risk of loss when shipping, so we do ask that you do not ship anything to us. All our frame urns are designed for you to be able to insert these keepsakes yourself, and easy to follow instructions are included.

A. We are unable to offer custom designs for Lego models, but our product range will continue to grow. If you would like to be kept informed, please consider joining our mailing list, or email us @ support@treasureitforever.com and let us know what model you have, and if a display frame is developed, we will let you know.
